Applications: Suitable for high-pressure operations in onshore and offshore oil fields, including drilling, well completion, well testing, fracturing, acidizing, and downhole testing. Meets international standards such as API 6A, API 17D, and ISO 10423.

High-Strength Material: The main body is made of high-quality alloy steel (e.g., 4130, 4140) or stainless steel (e.g., 316/316L), heat-treated for excellent tensile strength, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance. It can withstand high pressure (up to 15,000 psi / 1,034 bar) and extreme operating conditions.

2. Modular Design: Adopts a standardized, modular structure, allowing for flexible combination according to site requirements. It enables multi-channel diversion, pressure monitoring, flow control, and supports rapid installation and disassembly.

3. Multiple Safety Protections: Equipped with key components such as high-pressure safety valves, blowout preventers (BOPs), pressure gauges, vent valves, and check valves, ensuring automatic pressure relief or shut-off in abnormal situations to protect personnel and equipment safety.

4. Precision Sealing Structure: All connections utilize metal seals (such as conical seals and double ferrule seals) or high-performance rubber sealing rings, combined with high-precision machining processes, achieving zero leakage and suitable for corrosive media environments containing hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) and carbon dioxide (CO₂).

5. Intelligent Monitoring Integration: Optional remote pressure/temperature sensors and data acquisition systems enable real-time monitoring and data recording of the oil testing process, facilitating subsequent analysis and decision-making.

6. Corrosion and Wear Resistance: The inner wall undergoes special coating treatment (such as nitriding and ceramic spraying) to effectively resist sand erosion and acid/alkali corrosion, extending service life.
