Structural design: It consists of a well body, a sucker rod body, a mounting plate, a blowout prevention shell, and a blowout prevention mechanism. A clamping mechanism is arranged in the blowout prevention shell, and the clamping mechanism includes components such as a threaded rod, a connecting plate, and a clamping plate. There are threaded through holes in the top area of the left and right ends of the working chamber, and the threaded rod is screwed into the threaded through holes. The connecting groove in the middle of the outer end of the connecting plate is fastened to the threaded rod bearing set, and the clamping plate is connected to the connecting plate. By driving the threaded rod, the clamping plate can be driven to clamp the sucker rod.
Working principle: When blowout prevention is required, two sets of rotating wheels are driven, and the rotating wheels drive the threaded rod to rotate, so that the connecting plate and the clamping plate clamp the sucker rod body. In order to prevent the clamping mechanism from loosening due to accidental touch by non-staff, the controller starts two sets of electric telescopic rods to drive the clamping rod and the clamping groove on the surface of the threaded rod to clamp each other, stabilize the clamping mechanism, and enhance the blowout prevention effect.
