Product Introduction
A hydraulic choke valve is a throttle valve that uses hydraulic power to drive the movement of the valve core to control the flow and pressure of the fluid. The hydraulic throttle valve has the advantages of high control accuracy, fast response speed, and remote control. Working principle
The hydraulic throttle valve is mainly composed of a valve body, a valve core, a valve seat, a hydraulic drive device, etc. The hydraulic drive device drives the valve core to move in the valve body through the pressure change of the hydraulic oil, changes the flow area between the valve core and the valve seat, and then controls the flow and pressure of the fluid.
When hydraulic oil enters one chamber of the drive device, it pushes the piston or plunger to move, driving the valve core to move in one direction and reducing the flow area; when the hydraulic oil enters another chamber, the valve core moves in the opposite direction, and the flow area increases.
