The cuttings collection manifold (Cuttings Catch Manifold) is a crucial piece of equipment used after stratified fracturing to filter and recover fracturing fluid. Its main structure includes a gate valve, a desander cylinder, and flanged short sections. These components are sealed together by flanged metal gaskets to meet the construction requirements for recovering various fracturing media. The desander manifold filters fracturing fluid through a filter screen, where large particles are filtered out.
