Structure and Function: A fully sealed gate assembly typically consists of the following main parts:
* Upper gate body and lower gate body: These two parts together form the main body of the gate, usually a cylindrical structure.

* Shearing blades: Equipped with removable, inlaid carbide shearing blades, these can cut the cable when needed, ensuring operational flexibility and safety.

* Sealing semi-ring: Used to form a seal to prevent wellhead media leakage.

* Fixing screws: Used to secure the various components, ensuring the stability of the overall structure.

Working Principle: During operation of the cable blowout preventer, the BOP pushes the shearing gate assembly via a drive cylinder, using the shearing blades to cut the cable. A seal is formed between the gate assembly and the gate cavity, preventing wellhead media leakage. Because the blades are removable, they can be replaced at any time if damaged, greatly improving material utilization. In addition, the V-shaped acute angle structure of the blade improves the sharpness of the cut, making the cut cable neater, reducing the chance of tangled wires after cutting, and facilitating subsequent processing.
